The Kaumalapau Harbor mooring zone means the area confined by the boundaries shown for said mooring zone on Exhibit "H", dated, July 15, 1990, located at the end of this subchapter. The boundaries are as follows:
Beginning at a point on the water measured by azimuth clockwise from True South 346 degrees for a distance of six hundred forty-five feet from Kaumalapau Harbor Light; then 215 degrees for a distance of six hundred feet; 305 degrees for a distance of two hundred fifty-five feet; 035 degrees for a distance of three hundred ninety-five feet; then on a straight line to the point of beginning.
