Section 13-235-6 - Mooring application denied on basis of adverse environmental impact on State's marine life

An application for mooring or anchoring at a location which is found to be detrimental to the habitat or spawning ground of marine life by the National Marine Fisheries Service or the department of land and natural resources shall be denied.
