Section 13-235-10 - Removal of a vessel or contrivance(a) The department may remove a vessel or contrivance from its moored or anchored location in accordance with section 13-231-10, Hawaii Administrative Rules and chapter 200, Hawaii Revised Statutes respectively.(b) Any administrative hearing shall follow the procedures as set forth in sections 13-231-31 and 13-231-32.[Eff 2/24/94] (Auth: HRS §§ 200-1, 200-2, 200-3, 200-6) (Imp: HRS §§ 200-1, 200-2, 200-3, 200-6)
