The fee for commercial use of state launching ramps, wharves, or other state boating facilities, except state small boat harbors, shall be the same as prescribed in section 13-234-25(a)(2). The single fee assessed for the use of a state launching ramp shall entitle the permittee to use any other state launching ramp on the same island without additional charge, except for those launching ramps listed in section 13-231-67.
