Section 13-234-15 - Waiver or return of fees(a) The department reserves the right to waive or reduce any late fees and related interest contained in this chapter.(b) Whenever the department, through error, collects any fee not required to be paid by this chapter, the fee shall be refunded to the person paying the fee upon written application made to the department within thirty calendar days after the date of the payment.
