(a) The charge for the use of a gear locker provided by the department shall be $10.00 per month.
(b) If the department gives written permission for a boat owner to construct a personal gear locker pursuant to section 13-232-44, the charge, while the owner's permit remains in effect, shall be the same as the rate established in section 13-234-12(f).
