The department reserves the right to further restrict the issuance of parking permits to those who observe the small boat harbors rules and make full and timely payments of fees and charges. A parking permit may be revoked as provided in section 13-231-6. Upon revocation the permittee shall surrender the parking sticker issued by the department.
