Section 13-233-31 - Transfer of permits

The holder of a parking sticker may upon surrender of a parking sticker apply for and be issued another parking sticker to be applied to another vehicle owned by the holder. A fee of $15 payable in advance shall be paid prior to the issuance of a new sticker.
