Section 13-230-29 - Misrepresentation; penalty for violation

It is a violation of these rules for any person to misrepresent any fact upon any form or document intended for or used in determination of resident status for fees and charges purposes or for any person to misrepresent any fact at an appellant hearing hereunder.
