Section 13-221-24 - Intoxication; drug incapacitation

No person shall use or possess narcotics, alcohol, or drugs within the premises without the written permission of the board or its authorized representative. No person shall enter or remain within the premises when manifestly under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, or drugs.
