Section 13-5-5 - Amendments(a) Whenever any landowner or government agency whose property is directly affected by this chapter makes an application to change the boundaries or identified land uses of any subzone, rezone a subzone, establish a new subzone with certain identified land uses or when a person seeks to otherwise amend this chapter, or where the board proposes to make a change or changes itself, such change or changes shall be put in the form of a proposed amendment of this chapter by the applicant, complete with necessary maps, four copies of which shall be filed with the board.(b) Procedures for amending this chapter are prescribed in section 183C-4, Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended and chapter 13-1, subpart 3.[Eff DEC 12 1994] (Auth: HRS § 183C-3) (Imp: HRS § 183C-4)
