Section 12-220-32.1 - Records

The boiler inspection branch shall preserve and maintain for at least six years (6) records of reports of its inspections, witnessing of tests, accident investigations, correspondence, prints, and memoranda for all objects inspected pursuant to chapter 397, HRS.
