Section 12-45.2-39 - Commercial cooking equipment

Section 11.2 is amended to read as follows: "11.2 Commercial Cooking Equipment. Commercial cooking equipment shall be in accordance with Chapter 50, unless such installations are approved existing installations, which shall be permitted to be continued in service."
