Section 12-45.2-34 - On-premise firefighting

Section 10.7.1.2 is amended to read as follows: "10.7.1.2 Facilities that have established on-premises fire-fighting organizations and have coordinated and arranged procedures approved by the AHJ shall notify the fire department in accordance with the approved plan."
