Section 12-45.2-139 - Prohibition

Section 65.1 is amended by adding a new subsection to read as follows: "65.1.4 Importation, storage, possession, sale, purchase, transfer, public displays and discharge of fireworks, shall be in accordance with chapter 132D, HRS."
