Section 12-45.2-128 - Hazardous materials inventory statement

Section 60.1.2.5.2 is amended to read as follows: "When required by the AHJ, a hazardous materials inventory statement (HMIS) shall be made a part of the hazardous materials management plan. An example of a HMIS can be found in Annex D."
