Section 12-45.2-118 - Sources of ignition

Section 42.2.7.2.5 is amended by adding a new sentence at the end to read as follows: "42.2.7.2.5.1 Adequate grounding and bonding shall be provided to prevent the accumulation of static electricity wherever Class I or II liquids are transferred or dispensed."
