Section 12-45.2-111 - Permit authorizing individual

Section 41.2.2 is amended to read as follows: "41.2.2 Permit Authorizing Individual (PAI). In conjunction with management, the PAI shall be responsible for the safe operation of hot work activities regardless of whether a permit is required by the AHJ."
