Section 12-45.2-108 - Fireworks

Section 25.1.5.5 is amended to read as follows: "25.1.5.5 Fireworks or unapproved open flames shall be prohibited in any tent or temporary membrane structure.

Exception: Where permitted by Section 65.11."
