Section 12-42-129 - Statutes, ordinances, rules, regulations, orders, policies

The public employer shall file with the board, within thirty days after adoption and issuance, a copy of every statute, ordinance, rule, regulation, order, or policy statement affecting public employee-management relations applicable to all employees of such public employer.
