Section 12-42-108 - Petition(a) In the event that an employee organization fails to comply with section 12-42-107, any employee within the organization may petition the board for an order compelling such compliance.(b) The petition shall contain the following: (1) The name, address, and telephone number of the person filing the petition.(2) The name, address and telephone number of the employee organization against whom the petition is filed.(3) A statement that the employee organization has failed to make available to its members a detailed written financial report, certified as to accuracy by a certified public accountant, within sixty days after the end of the employee organization's fiscal year.(4) A clear and concise statement of any other relevant facts.[Eff.
