Section 12-42-75 - Firefighters' disputes

The procedure for resolution of a dispute between a public employer and the exclusive representative of optional appropriate bargaining unit 11 (firefighters) over the terms of an initial or renewed agreement shall be in accordance with the provisions of section 89-11(d), HRS.
