Section 12-42-67 - Appointment and certification of fact-finding board(a) If the dispute continues fifteen days after the date of the impasse, the board shall appoint within three days a fact-finding board of not more than three members, representative of the public, from the register of fact-finders maintained by the board.(b) Upon the appointment of a fact-finding board, the board shall serve a copy of its certification of appointment of such board upon all parties.[Eff.
