Section 12-30-11 - Reinstatement of program registration

Any apprenticeship program deregistered pursuant to chapter 372, HRS, and this chapter, may be reinstated upon presentation of adequate evidence that the apprenticeship program will be operated in accordance with chapter 372, HRS, and this chapter.
