Section 12-12-15 - Collective bargaining agreementAny prepaid health care plan included in a collective bargaining agreement:
(1) Is presumed to meet the requirements of the statute if the agreement is dated prior to June 3, 1978.(2) Shall meet the requirement of the statute if the agreement is dated on or after June 3, 1978.(3) Shall be filed by the employer with the department immediately upon approval of the parties whenever effected, modified, renegotiated, or extended.[Eff: 5/7/81] (Auth: HRS § 393-32) (Imp: HRS §§ 393-7, 393-19)
