Section 12-10-63 - Application for reopening of cases(a) An application for reopening of a case pursuant to section 386-89, HRS, shall be in writing, shall state specifically the grounds upon which the application is based, and shall be served upon each party at the time of filing with the director.(b) Whenever an application for reopening of a case is made, the director shall review the case file and may, by discretion, hear the interested parties.
