Section 11-99-54 - Administrator(a) The facility shall be administered on a full-time basis by a person who is responsible for the daily operation of the facility, the care of the residents, and the supervision of other facility staff.(b) The administrator shall be appointed by the governing body and acts for this body in the overall management of the facility.(c) The administrator shall as a minimum have: (1) Training and experience in work with mentally retarded persons.(2) Experience in facility management.(d) In the temporary absence of the administrator there shall be a suitable employee who has been designated, in writing, to act on the administrator's behalf, and who has similar qualifications.[Eff.
