Section 11-94.2-64 - Engineering and maintenance(a) The facility shall maintain all essential mechanical, electrical, and resident care equipment in safe operating condition.(b) The facility shall have an appropriate written preventive maintenance program.(c) The facility shall provide sufficiently trained and experienced personnel to accomplish the required engineering and maintenance functions within the facility or available through contract with an appropriate provider(s).(d) The facility shall maintain records that document that inspection of all devices essential to the health and safety of residents and personnel shall be carried out at sufficient intervals to ensure proper operational performance.Haw.
