Section 11-94.2-45 - Dental services(a) Emergency and restorative dental services shall be available to each resident.(b) Each resident or resident's legal guardian, or surrogate shall select the dentist of his or her choice, and the facility shall assist each resident to obtain necessary dental care by making arrangements for appointment and transportation, as requested.Haw.
