Section 11-94.2-23 - Quality assurance and performance improvement(a) The facility shall develop, implement, and maintain an effective, comprehensive, data-driven quality assurance and performance improvement program that focuses on indicators of the outcomes of care and quality of life for the full range of care and services provided by the facility.(b) The administrator shall be responsible and accountable for ensuring the program is defined, implemented, and maintained, and addresses identified priorities, and is annually approved by the governing body.(c) The program shall be described in a written plan containing the process that will guide the facility's efforts in assuring care and services are maintained at acceptable levels of performance and continuous improvement.Haw.
