Section 11-94.2-18 - Medical director

The facility must designate a physician to serve as medical director. The medical director is responsible for:

(1) Development, implementation, and evaluation of resident care policies;

(2) Coordination of medical care in the facility; and

(3) Consultation and training to licensed staff as necessary.
