Section 11-93-13 - General policies and practices(a) There shall be written policies and procedures available to staff, patients and the public which govern all areas of service provided by the facility. They shall assure that the hospital buildings are constructed and equipped to protect the health and assure the safety of patients, personnel and visitors.(b) The policies shall ensure that the facility shall not deny admission to any individual on account of race, color, religion, ancestry, or national origin.[Eff. 3/3/86] (Auth: HRS §§ 321-9, 321-11) (Imp: HRS §§ 321-9, 321-11)
