Section 11-93-10 - Emergency services
(a) An appraisal, advice and initial emergency treatment, shall be rendered to any ill or injured person who requests treatment at a hospital which has an emergency service department.
(b) Emergency patient care shall be provided and guided by written policies and shall be directed by a physician staff member. Adequate facilities and equipment shall be provided. A medical record shall be kept for each patient receiving emergency services. The record shall become an official hospital record.
