Section 11-89-22 - Closure of a developmental disabilities domiciliary home(a) The administrator shall notify the department in writing at least thirty days prior to an intended closure of the facility.(b) The administrator shall notify all residents, guardians, and case managers at least thirty days prior to an intended closure of the facility.(c) All residents shall be transferred to appropriate facilities prior to closure.[Eff FEB 03 1992] (Auth: HRS §§ 321-9, 321-11, 321-15.9) (Imp: HRS § 321-15.9)
