Section 11-850-126 - Adverse events(a) A dispensary shall establish and follow written procedures to fulfill the requirements of this section.(b) A dispensary licensee shall notify the department within forty-eight hours after learning of an adverse event associated with cannabis or a manufactured cannabis product sold at a retail dispensing location operated by the dispensary licensee. For the purposes of this section, "adverse event" means any untoward medical occurrence associated with the use of cannabis or a manufactured cannabis product, which may include any unfavorable or unintended sign, symptom, or disease.Haw.
