Section 11-850-73 - Manufacturing permits or licenses(a) A dispensary licensee shall determine the manufacturing activities required to produce the products intended for sale and shall obtain and maintain as current all required state and county permits or licenses for a particular manufacturing activity.(b) A dispensary licensee shall provide the department with proof of possession of all state or county permits or licenses necessary for a particular manufacturing activity prior to dispensing any manufactured cannabis products and upon request.(c) A dispensary licensee shall post at the dispensary licensee's facilities a copy of all current state and county permits or licenses necessary for manufacturing.(d) Upon suspension or revocation of a state or county permit or license necessary for a particular manufacturing activity, the dispensary licensee shall immediately cease production or manufacture of the particular product covered by the relevant state or county permit or license and shall notify the department.[Eff DEC 14 2015] (Auth: HRS §§ 321-9, 329D-27) (Imp: HRS §§ 329D-7, 329D-9, 329D-10, 329D-21)[Am and comp 2/24/2022] (Imp: SLH 2017, Act 170, §3)
