Section 11-79-36 - Licensure Fees

The department shall collect a non-refundable fee for each of the following:

(1) $25 for application, re-activation or reinstatement for licensure;

(2) $225 for triennial licensure fee;

(3) $50 for late renewal;

(4) $50 for application for licensure by endorsement;

(5) $25 for inactive Status; and

(6) $25 for replacement licenses.
