Section 11-504-49 - Renewal of accreditation(a) To renew an accreditation of an asbestos training course, the applicant shall resubmit the information required in section 11-504-43 without reference to any previously submitted material. A visitation is not required to renew accreditation.(b) In any case in which the responsible person of a training course with complete accreditation has filed an application in proper form for renewal, not less than sixty days prior to expiration of its existing complete accreditation, such existing complete accreditation shall not expire until final action on the application has been taken by the department.[Eff ] (Auth: HRS § 342P-41) (Imp: 40 CFR Part 763, Appendix C)
