Section 11-453-22 - Determination of reportable quantities(a) This section designates the reportable quantities for the extremely hazardous substances and hazardous substances designated pursuant to section 11-453-21.(b) The reportable quantities for extremely hazardous substances will be their respective reportable quantities as defined in title 40 Code of Federal Regulations part 355, appendices A and B, as amended.(c) The reportable quantities for hazardous substances will be the quantity of a hazardous material stated in the various lists of hazardous substances as defined in section 128D-3, HRS, and designated in section 11-451-6.[Eff NOV 05 2010] (Auth: HRS §§ 128E-1, 128E-6, 128E-7) (Imp: HRS §§ 128E-1, 128E-6, 128E-7)
