Section 11-452-41 - Post-decontamination sampling(a) The amount of post-cleanup sampling shall depend on the levels of contamination and the methods used in the process of making methamphetamine.(b) Sampling protocols shall be based on widely accepted industry standards.(c) The cleanup contractor shall comply with the appropriate remedial action levels as set forth in the department guidance document and the hazard evaluation and emergency response office technical guidance manual.(d) The cleanup contractor shall comply with the analytical methodology used to detect methamphetamine, precursor chemicals or intermediate products as set forth in the department guidance document.[Eff DEC 06 2007] [Auth: SLH 2006, Act 170, §2] [Imp: SLH 2006, Act 170, §2]
