Section 11-451-23 - Supplementation of administrative records for orders(a) Supplementation by person receiving an order. The administrative record for an order may be supplemented, by the person receiving the order, with other documents, writings, or material within thirty days after receipt of the order.(b) Supplementation by proceedings. In the sole discretion of the director, the administrative record may be supplemented further by a proceeding in which testimony and other evidence may be received.[Eff.
