Section 11-45-170 - Physician training in a three-month program

A physician who, before July 1, 1984, began a three-month nuclear medicine training program approved by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education and has successfully completed the program, is exempted from the requirements of sections 11-45-167 or 11-45-168.
