Section 11-45-75 - Transfer for disposal and manifests

The transfer of low-level radioactive waste intended for disposal at a low-level radioactive waste disposal facility, shipment manifests, and certification of the waste generator, shall meet the requirements of the Northwest Interstate Compact on Low-Level Radioactive Waste Management.
