Section 11-37-47 - Changes in information(a) After obtaining a certificate of registration, a hemp processor shall notify the department, on a form and in a manner prescribed by the department, within thirty days after any change to the information previously submitted to the department pursuant to section 11-37-42 or section 11-37-43.(b) Notwithstanding subsection (a), if a registered hemp processor intends to add a new hemp processing facility, the hemp processor shall obtain prior approval from the department by submitting the information required in section 11-37-42(a) (3) to (6) to the department at least thirty calendar days prior to the intended start date of the new hemp processing facility.
