Section 11-37-41 - Eligibility(a) To apply for a certificate of registration, an applicant shall:(1) Have a Hawaii tax identification number;(2) Be registered to do business in the State of Hawaii, unless the business is a sole proprietorship; and(3) Have a license to produce hemp issued by the USDA pursuant to title 7 United States Code section 1639q.[Eff 8/9/21; comp 2/24/2022] (Auth: HRS § 328G-4) (Imp: HRS §§ 328G-2, 328G-4)
