Section 11-37-33 - Packaging

The immediate container that is in contact with the hemp product shall be made of material that:

(1) Protects the product from contamination and does not impart any toxic or harmful substance to the hemp product; and

(2) Is not reactive, additive, or absorptive so as to alter the safety, identity, strength, quality, or purity of the hemp product.
