Section 11-280.1-326 - Permit renewals(a) On application, a permit may be renewed for a term of five years.(b) A renewal fee in accordance with section 11-280.1-335 shall accompany each application for renewal of a permit.(c) An application for a renewal shall be received by the department at least one hundred eighty days prior to the expiration of the existing permit and shall be submitted on the "Application for Renewal of an Underground Storage Tank Permit" form prescribed by the director.
