Section 11-279.30 - Do-it-yourselfer used oil collection centers(a) Applicability. This section applies to owners or operators of all do-ityourselfer (DIY) used oil collection centers. A DIY used oil collection center is any site or facility that accepts/aggregates and stores used oil collected only from household do-it-yourselfers.(b) DIY used oil collection center requirements. Owners or operators of all DIY used oil collection centers must comply with the generator standards in subpart C of this part.Haw. Code R. §§ 11-279.30
