At a minimum, the permittee shall submit an annual report for the twelve-month period ending June 30. The report shall be submitted to the director not later than thirty days after June 30 of each year. The report shall detail the volume or weight of the incoming used oil and the salvageable used oil recovered and how they were disposed.
