Section 11-270.185 - For what reasons may the Director choose to terminate my final RAP, or deny my renewal application?

After affording you an opportunity for a hearing in accordance with chapter 91, HRS, [t]he Director may terminate your final RAP on his own initiative, or deny your renewal application for the same reasons as those listed for RAP modifications in § 270.175(a)(5) through (7) and section 342J-5, HRS, if the Director determines that termination of your RAP or denial of your RAP renewal application is appropriate.
